- Heating in the microwave and oven is possible.
- CAUTION! Always make sure that the seams are sealed and the pillow is clean and undamaged.
- Food residues and grease residues can damage the product.
- The grill function must be switched off during heating. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven to prevent the grains from drying out.
- Overheating, excessive power or use of the grill function can cause the pillow to overheat and even catch fire.
- Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating.
- Heat and cold compress for well-being and relaxation, for home use.
- MICROWAVE WITH TURNTABLE: 600 watts (medium power), 1 minute. If the pillow is not warm enough, shake and continue heating in 15-second intervals.
- OVEN: Do not preheat the oven, use baking paper and turn off the grill function. Top and bottom heat: middle rack, 130 °C, approximately 9-11 minutes.
- COOLING: Place in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours.
- RADIATOR: If less heat is required, heat on a radiator.
